Même si la rentrée est un peu triste cette année due à la grève, voici les séries qu'on va découvir ou retrouver:

Janvier.

Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles [Fox]
Mondays at 9 pm/ET | Premieres Jan. 13 and 14
At the end of Terminator 2: Judgment Day, Sarah vanquished the liquid metal Terminator sent from the future to kill her teenage son, John. Sarah and John now find themselves alone in a very dangerous, complicated world. The Sarah Connor Chronicles reveals what happens when Sarah (Lena Headey) stops running and goes on the offensive against an ever-evolving technological enemy bent on destroying her life, and perhaps the world. Her 15-year-old son (Heroes' Thomas Dekker), knows that he may be the future savior of mankind, but finds himself drawn to another student at his high school, who proves to be much more than his confidante — she assumes the role of Sarah and John's fearless protector. On their trail are not only threats from the future, but a tough FBI agent who soon becomes a powerful ally.

Law & Order [NBC]
Wednesdays at 10 pm/ET |Premieres Jan. 9
The longest-running crime series returns in its 18th season with all-new cases and challenging investigations. Sam Waterston, Milena Govich, and Jesse Martin take on edgy new mysteries, hoping to make Law & Order the longest-running drama series as well.

Cashmere Mafia [ABC]

Wednesdays at 10 pm/ET | Premieres Jan. 6
Four ambitious, sexy women (Lucy Liu, Frances O'Connor, Miranda Otto and Bonnie Somerville) who have been best friends since business school try to have it all. They aren't just powerful and intelligent as singular executive sensations in a man's world; they've bonded into a formidable unit — a female "boys' club" — to support and counsel each other through good times and bad. How better to climb up the corporate ladder than with your buddies at your side?

Eli Stone [ABC]
Thursdays at 10 pm | Premieres Jan. 31
Many lawyers consider themselves prophets, but Eli Stone (Jonny Lee Miller) may be the real deal. Eli has built a successful career at a top law firm in San Francisco representing only the biggest and richest corporations that make a habit of screwing over the little guy. But after experiencing a series of odd hallucinations, Eli seeks to find a deeper meaning to life while trying not to lose his job and destroy his relationship with the bosses' daughter. When Eli discovers an aneurysm in his brain, he wonders if his condition is truly medical or if perhaps he now has a higher calling.

Lost Thursdays at 9 pm | Premieres Jan. 31 [ABC]
Season premiere to be announced
If it's “not Penny's boat” on its way to rescue our castaways, exactly who — or what — is closing in on them? Why is Future Jack so bent out of shape by their eventual return to the mainland, and why is he determined to get back to the island? And speaking of that trippy flashy-forward, who was in the coffin? We may not get the uninterrupted 16-episode season we hoped for (and Jacob knows, we might not get immediate answers to all the above), but the ABC serial's Season 4 return cannot get here soon enough. Look for appearances this season by Cynthia Watros' Libby and Harold Perrineau's Michael, The Sopranos' Ken Leung (as a brilliant mathematician?) and Justice's Rebecca Mader.

Février

Lipstick Jungle [NBC]
Thursdays at 10 pm/ET | Premieres Feb. 7
Based on the best-selling novel by Candace Bushnell (Sex and the City), this fun dramedy follows three high-powered friends as they weather the ups and downs of lives lived at the top of their game. Nico (24's Kim Raver), editor-in-chief of a hot fashion magazine, wants to replace her boss as CEO. Movie exec Wendy (Brooke Shields) finds even her most earnest efforts may not be enough to balance career and family. And free-spirited designer Victory (90210's Lindsay Price) longs to make her dreams come true, and maybe find Mr. Right along the way. Armed with humor and strength, these three modern New York women support one another through the triumphs and tears that are all part of making it big in the Big Apple.

Jericho [CBS]
Tuesdays at 10 pm/ET | Premieres Feb. 12
After an enormous amount of viewer complaints (and several pounds of nuts sent over to CBS) when the show's cancellation was announced, Jericho is making its way back to The Eye's schedule in 2008. With its premiere date to be announced, the seven-episode second season turns up looming questions from where the show left off: What happened to Maggie? How will Heather escape Camp Liberty? Will Jake step up now that Johnston is dead? Now that we know Darcy is aware of the Hawkins' truth, will she help? And no one could forget the helicopters flying overhead as the first season came to a close — another dark cloud casting a shadow over Jericho's waning strength.

New Amsterdam [Fox]
Fridays at 9 pm/ET | Premieres Feb. 22
New Amsterdam is the story of a New York homicide detective unlike any other. He is brilliant, mysterious, reckless, and he has a profound secret — he is immortal. Amsterdam will not age until he finds his one true love. Only then will he become whole and ready for mortality. But everyone Amsterdam meets must leave him in time; lovers and children die while he remains young. As the exhilaration of eternal life has given way to emotional isolation and bitter loneliness, Amsterdam discovers the blessing has become a curse. But when the NYPD detective suffers and then recovers from what appears to be a massive heart attack while chasing a suspect, he realizes his soul mate must have been nearby. As he works to find a killer on the streets of New York, he understands that his own life — and possibly his death — have changed forever.

Unhitched [Fox] (sitcom)
Sundays at 9:30 pm/ET | Premieres March 2
From the creative minds of the Farrelly Brothers comes a single camera comedy, set in Boston, about a group of newly single friends learning the painful lessons of starting over in their 30s. They'd all love to get remarried, if they could just find their true loves. Jack "Gator" Gately (Craig Bierko) is a charismatic, optimistic leader who never expected to be single again. Joining Gator in bachelorhood redux is his thrice-divorced best friend Tommy (Johnny Sneed); Dr. Freddy Sahgal (24's Shaun Majumder), probably the least equipped of the group to handle this unexpected life change; and Kate (The Office's Rashida Jones), a smart, successful attorney who handled all three of the boys' divorces. She reluctantly joins the guys in negotiating the treacherous waters of dating.

The Return of Jezebel James [Fox]
Fridays at 8:30 pm/ET | Premieres March 7
Can two estranged sisters, polar opposites, live together when one agrees to carry the other's baby? Sarah Thomkins (Parker Posey) is a bright, optimistic, determined woman who seems to have it all — a great job as a children's book editor, an eager-to-please assistant, Buddy (Michael Arden), who helps keep her life together, and a no-strings-attached personal relationship with successful businessman Marcus Sonti (Scott Cohen). Nevertheless, something is missing from Sarah's life. All too aware that she isn't getting any younger, Sarah decides to have a baby but can't get pregnant. When Sarah proposes a plan for her younger sister Coco (Six Feet Under's Lauren Ambrose) to carry her baby, Coco wants nothing to do with it... until Jezebel James pops back into her life.

Canterbury's Law [Fox]
Fridays at 9 pm/ET | Premieres April 11
ER's Julianna Marguiles is a force of nature as Elizabeth Canterbury in this courtroom drama about a rebellious female defense attorney who's willing to bend the law in order to protect the wrongfully accused. Elizabeth and her law professor husband Matthew (Linus Roache), haunted by the disappearance of their young son, have settled in Providence, Rhode Island. But Elizabeth's work provides a stark reminder of the justice absent in their own lives. Canterbury's associates include her voice of reason Russell Cross (Ben Shenkman); Chester Fields (Dreamgirls' Jocko Sims), a congressman's son who is embarrassed by his privileged upbringing; and passionate Molly McConnell (Trieste Dunn).

Miss/Guided [ABC]
Premiere to be announced
Having navigated the awkward and sometimes traumatic world of high school, Rebecca Freely (Judy Greer, Two and a Half Men) returns to her alma mater as a guidance counselor, free of the insecurities and orthodontia of her school days. Amidst student behavioral problems and the persistent romantic advances of the male nurse, Gary, Rebecca is certain of one thing — she is interested in the hot auto-shop-turned-Spanish-teacher, Tim. However, much as in high school days of unexpected teenage angst, Lisa, a former cheerleader and nemesis of Rebecca's, returns as the new English teacher determined to make Rebecca relive her unpopular past, setting sights on Tim as well.
